Copake, NY Senior Photographer | Shane & Kaya's senior sibling sessions
Kaya was part of my 2016 Mod Squad, and her brother Shane is also a senior at Taconic Hills High School. The two of them opted to do their senior sessions back-to-back with some images together for their parents. We had a really warm, sunny morning for their shoot at Roe Jan Park in Hillsdale, and these two knocked it out of the park. Well, no, we stayed in the park. Um, well, onto their portraits:
I usually recommend that students from area schools such as Taconic Hills, Stissing Mountain, and Webutuck schedule their sessions during the summer BEFORE their senior year. That's because, as soon as their senior year starts in September, it isn't long before the deadlines for submission of yearbook photos. June through early September are perfect months weather-wise and also great for golden hour photo shoots just before sunset. If fall foliage is your thing I can also fit a few seniors into early October, but make sure to book your session now as my fall calendar is already starting to fill up!
