Columbia County, NY Senior Photographer | Kaya's Gorgeous Lumberjack Concept Session
As a senior photographer in Columbia County, NY, I was thrilled to be able to do a Concept Session with this awesome student from Taconic Hills Central High School. Kaya is a beautiful and stong girl, and I wanted to portray both of those traits with this theme. I explained it to her at first by saying the look we were going for was a 'gorgeous lumberjack' and having her put together a wardrobe of dresses, flannel, wool, and boots. I'm sure she thought I was a little crazy when I pulled a rusty antique saw out of my car, but she went with it and we got some really amazing images. Many thanks to my talented hair and makeup artist Kelsie Wessel, and to Merwin Farm's antique booth for the old saws.
